To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience when booking a mobile detail, we kindly request that our clients take note of the following guidelines:

  1. REMOVE PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Before leaving your vehicle with us, please ensure all personal items are removed. We take great care in handling your vehicle, but cannot be held responsible for belongings left inside. Removing items in advance will help us deliver the best cleaning results without risking damage to your valuables.

  2. CHILD SEAT HANDLING: For comprehensive interior cleaning, please remove child seats from your vehicle and place them in the trunk. This prevents potential damage to the seats and allows our technicians better access to all areas of your vehicle’s interior.

  3. WATER SUPPLY ACCESS: Our equipment includes a 100 ft (30 meters) hose. Please confirm that a water supply is accessible within this distance from your vehicle to facilitate our detailing services.

  4. POWER SUPPLY ACCESS: Similarly, ensure an electrical outlet is available within 100 ft (30 meters) of your vehicle to power our equipment. This ensures our team can operate efficiently without interruption.

  5. KEY DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS: If you will not be home during our detailing session, please leave your car keys in a designated safe spot, such as your mailbox, for easy access. This enables us to begin work promptly and secure your vehicle after completion.

  6. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION: Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give us a minimum of 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

  7. PET HAIR AND SPECIAL CLEANING REQUIREMENTS: If your vehicle requires special attention, such as pet hair removal or addressing spills, please inform us beforehand. This allows us to prepare and allocate the necessary resources and time to meet your specific needs.

  8. POST-SERVICE INSPECTION: After the detailing is completed, we encourage you to inspect your vehicle. This ensures our service meets your expectations and allows us to address any immediate concerns you might have.
